HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Anything above $35 ships free, anything below $35 will have a flat fee of $5.99..as simple as that.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-3 days, and we do not ship during the weekends or holidays. Items will be shipped with either USPS, FedEx, or UPS, and generally, you can expect it within a few days from shipping. Albeit rare, there may be times when we run behind if a ton of orders come in all at once, if that's the case you will be notified asap. Still, whenever your order ships, we will email you the updates and any tracking number associated with your order. For any questions, feel free to contact us anytime.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

We’ll update you via Email & SMS (if you left your number) on the progress of your order, or you can check its progress in the Orders section of your account. You can also reach out to us via our contact page and we’ll be happy to address any concerns regarding your order.

DO YOU SHIP IN ALL STATES?

Yes, by federal regulations products with less than 0.3% THC can be sold in all 50 states. 

WHO WILL BE DELIVERING MY ORDER?

We ship & trust numerous carriers including USPS, FedEx, UPS etc… Each carrier is selected to provide you with the fastest and most reliable service available. The tracking number will tell you where your purchase is, independently from the carrier.

DO I NEED TO BE THERE TO SIGN FOR IT?

If you’re not home, the driver will leave your package at the door.

DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES OR INTERNATIONAL ADDRESSES?

We do not ship to P.O. boxes. We ship only within the continental US. If you need international shipping contact us and we see what we can do.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE GETS LOST?

Send us an email at info@myblissfulpet.com as soon as you think that your package is lost. We will use the tracking info to trace what happens and work with you to find a solution.
